DAILY DIVINE WORD 6TH JANUARY 2021

TOPIC: The Season of Speed
TEXT: 2Kings 2.10 - And he said, Thou hast asked a hard thing: nevertheless, if thou see me when I am taken from thee, it shall be so unto thee; but if not, it shall not be so.
11 - And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven.
12 - And Elisha saw it, and he cried, My father, my father, the chariot of Israel, and the horsemen thereof. And he saw him no more: and he took hold of his own clothes, and rent them in two pieces.

IT occurs to me that there numerous times in the scripture that God does things suddenly, these are seasons of Speed! In this season, things happen so fast that people will begin to wonder how can things be done so fast. The Zionist explained that when God turned their captivity, it was so fast that they thought they were sleeping, they could not keep on with it.

One of the revelations about this year is that it will be a fast year, and God's moves will be suddenly and so fast or speedy. It becomes expedient that we become sensitive to God's moves this year so that we won't be left behind. Elisha from the scripture above understood this mystery and became alert to every moves around him.

DON'T be left behind this year in God's agenda, align with what God is doing or what He will be doing this year. Be available! Be ready! Be at alert! Once you're are spiritually awake this year, you will need to follow God's moves without hesitation this year. It's a year of speed, be prepared for moves.

THINK TANK: Be ready for your flight, don't sleep!
PRAYER: Father, whatever you are doing this season, please don't do it without me in Jesus Name.
