DAILY DIVINE WORD, 11TH, FEBRUARY 2020.

Topic: IT'S STILL YOUR CHOICE
Text: John 5:5-6 [5]And a certain man was there, which had an infirmity thirty and eight years.[6]When Jesus saw him lie, and knew that he had been now a long time in that case, he saith unto him, Wilt thou be made whole? 

God didn't create a robot, he created a man who has the mind of his own and who could always make choices for himself. This is the one of the best features in our set-up and God as well respect our choices because he will never influence the decision except for those that have subjected themselves to the leading of the Holy Spirit.

Jesus from the text above saw a man who has been in the bondage of the enemy and he was moved to actually heal and set him free, but he was not going to do anything except the man gives approval. Jesus asked him if he would like him to come in into his situation. That is, God himself could not do anything in the life of this man except the man would agree with him.

Until you're completely sold out to Christ, he will never force you to perform anything in your life, even when he's taken full control of your life, he still going to wait on your cooperation to do anything in your life. Don't just sit and think God knows all things about you, he's actually excepting you to speak to him, he still expecting you to come to him, he has already asked you a question: "Would you like me to help you?"

THINK TANK: He needs permission to perform his works in your life.
PRAYER: Father, please I refuse to deny you entrance in my life in Jesus Name.
CONFESSION: I open my heart for you Lord, ride in me for your desire in Jesus Name.
