DAILY DIVINE WORD DEVOTIONAL

DAILY DIVINE WORD 10TH FEBRUARY 2020

TOPIC: God's Will
TEXT:Matthew 18:[14]Even so it is not the will of your Father which is in heaven, that one of these little ones should perish.

One of the words people seems not to have a clear understanding about is DESTINY, people often attach any mysterious happenings to destiny and seems it gives consolation in times of tragedy. While there's destiny, we need to understand that it's not all that happens to a man is attached to the will of God for his life. We might struggle to understand destiny but a clear understanding of God's will is enough for knowing God's agenda for your life (destiny).

Jesus confirmed this basic kingdom's truth about God's will when he clearly stated that the plan of our father in heaven lacks the word PERISH for his children, even not for the smallest of us. Every man who has received the power to become the child of God (John 1:8) has a perfect plan with God and God has never planned it for such to perish. However, a man can decide to work outside God's will for his life like the prodigal son.

When you understand with spiritual knowledge and wisdom what God's will is, you will walk circumspectly, you'll be intentional about every steps you take in life. You'll not just take anything that comes your way, you will be able to arise and say YES to God's will and know when to say NO to what is not his will. Jeremiah 11:29 has clearly stated what God's plan looks like, it is perfect and good and had the ability and commitment to give us an expected end.

THINK TANK: Your destiny is great, give no space for devil's will.

PRAYER: Father, permit only your will in my life in Jesus Name.

CONFESSION: I know the thoughts God has towards me,  they are good and perfect and will surely give me an expected end.

IT'S ALREADY PREPARED

DAILY DIVINE WORD  (A Sunset Devotional) 26th July, 2025 THEME : It's Prepared Already. SCRIPTURAL REFERENCE : Mark 14: 12-15: 12 - Now on the first day of Unleavened Bread, when they killed the Passover lamb, His disciples said to Him, "Where do You want us to go and prepare, that You may eat the Passover?" 13 - And He sent out two of His disciples and said to them, "Go into the city, and a man will meet you carrying a pitcher of water; follow him. 14 - Wherever he goes in, say to the master of the house, "The Teacher says, "Where is the guest room in which I may eat the Passover with My disciples?"' 15 - Then he will show you a large upper room, furnished and prepared; there make ready for us." If a man knows what has been prepared for him and when exactly it will come to him, maybe we would worry less, maybe we won't even be anxious over anything as the scripture advised us. But, the mystery about life and about walking with...

DAILY DIVINE WORD 5TH MAY 2021

Wednesday, 5th May 2021 TOPIC : ACCESS TO THE HILL TEXT : Ps.24.3-5: 3. Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place? 4. He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully. 5. He shall receive the blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation. RECENTLY there was a post by someone on social media who claimed that at the RCCG Redemption Camp, she left her reading glass on the altar believing God for miracles, and according to her she came back the following day to pick up her glasses and she will never believe anything again. This is a sad reality, that our young minds are looking for God's hands when we should focus on God's face. However, everyone desire to stand at the hills of God, everyone wants to stand at his Holy place because they understand that is where his blessings reside. But the question that has been asked for ages is "Who shall ...

DAILY DIVINE WORD 26TH JANUARY 2021

TOPIC: GUARD YOUR FREEDOM. TEXT:  1Cor.8.9 - But take heed lest by any means this liberty of yours become a stumblingblock to them that are weak. 1Cor.8.10 - For if any man see thee which hast knowledge sit at meat in the idol's temple, shall not the conscience of him which is weak be emboldened to eat those things which are offered to idols; 1Cor.8.11 - And through thy knowledge shall the weak brother perish, for whom Christ died? 1Cor.8.12 - But when ye sin so against the brethren, and wound their weak conscience, ye sin against Christ. 1Cor.8.13 - Wherefore, if meat make my brother to offend, I will eat no flesh while the world standeth, lest I make my brother to offend. TRUTHFULLY  Christ came to deliver freedom to us, Christ's freedom is also freedom indeed because He says "if the son shall set you free, you shall be free indeed." He has given us freedom from traditions, laws, old practices, superstitions, tales, and the likes. So we have liberty in J...
