DAILY DIVINE WORD 3RD FEBRUARY 2022

TOPIC: No New Sign.

TEXT:

Matt.16.4 - A wicked and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given unto it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas. And he left them, and departed.

Our generation is going to a point where life isn't going to have value anymore. Ritual, immorality, suicide, organ harvesting, kidnapping and terrorism is becoming the norm that we are being advised to learn how to live with it. And yet, because God's patience is enduring to permit more souls to be saved, this generation is waiting for signs from heaven to confirm that God is real or not.

God is real! The above scripture, Jesus said that there's no new sign, the reason a perverse and wicked generation ask for sign is because that generation wants justification for their evil acts. The word of God is Yea and Amen. There's no new sign, God's word is already a sign, and His word is standing forever.

Your responsibility as a child of God is to continually upholding God's word, let God's word (God's sign) be evident in you, so that you become the sign your generation looks for. If you're also looking for a sign before you believe God is God, look no more because the sign is established in heaven. Jonah's generation, Noah's generation are enough signs for you. Repent and live!

PRAYER: Father, help me to live by your word to become a sign for my generation in Jesus Name.

CONFESSION: I live by God's word, I become carrier of God's word so I am God's sign for my generation!
