DAILY DIVINE WORD 12TH MAY 2021

TOPIC: THE PERFECT DAY

TEXT:Prov.4.18:
 But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.

Gone are the days when majority appreciate truth and cleberate it, but we live in a generation where lies are being celebrated and given beautiful names such as "scope". A righteous person is no longer appreciated, saying the truth is no longer a thing people seems to love associated with. However, as corrupted as our generation is, we as a child of God does not belong to the world even though we live in here.

We're light and not just light, but a very bright light that shines daily and it becomes better as we journey through this world. The reason we our light shines is because our path is just, our path is right, our path is guided by the just God. The text above explain that we keep on getting better and better until the perfect day when we are going to be celebrated. There's a day called perfect, the day that our light will becomes perfect!

Don't be dismayed, don't be discouraged in walking in righteousness, don't dim your light, don't put it off, the more your path is just, the more your light becomes brighter and brighter. And guess what we're a day closer to the perfect day. 1 John 3:1 says that day we will see him, and when we see him, we'll behold him and become like him. That explain the perfect day, when we will finally become exactly like God! Keep moving, keep pressing, we're closer than ever!

THINK TANK: The perfect day is closer than ever, let's keep on pressing.

PRAYER: Father, please don't allow my light to go off in this dark world, help me to stay on path until the perfect day in Jesus Name.
