TOPIC: Do You Know God? 

TEXT: 2Thessalonians 1:8-9; 

8.In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: 9. Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power.

Good morning readers of DDW. May God open our eyes to the understanding of his words in Jesus Christ Name. It is certain that God's punishment is coming soon to those that do not obey the gospel of Christ and again on those that do not know God. It is better not to have decided to follow Christ than deciding to follow him and yet you still don't know him. 

Knowing God is not just giving your life to him, not just coming to church, not just praying and fasting or just reading the word, while all these are all encompass in knowing God but it is actually going all out for him until the fullness of God is formed in us. You know God when His fullness is formed in you. Remember, the punishment of God is coming on those who don't know God and he promised to spit out the lukewarms. So if you want to be cold be cold and if you want to be hot please DO! 

PRAYER: Father, please help me to continually stick to you until your fullness is formed in me in Jesus Christ Name.
