TOPIC: NO INTIMIDATION
TEXT:
Phil.1.28 And do not [for a moment] be frightened or intimidated in anything by your opponents and adversaries, for such [constancy and fearlessness] will be a clear sign (proof and seal) to them of [their impending] destruction, but [a sure token and evidence] of your deliverance and salvation, and that from God. (AMP)
In our walk with God, it will be a constant occurrence that the devil will be a consistent threat to us. He's our forever enemy and opponent and he's never going to stop until the end of the day. You know what?, He's defeated enemy who's only buying time until he's judgement will come. However, knowing these things, we must never be ignorant of the devices of the Devil. He is a strategic enemy, and one of his strategy is intimidation.
In the above scriptures, Apostle Paul through the Holy Spirit admonished the believers not to be intimidated or frightened by the enemy. The reason the Devil will threatened or intimidate the believers is to ensure that we remove our gaze from the master, it's a mere distraction and also a sign that he's going to be destroyed soon. Remember when Peter walked on the water and along the way was intimidated by the wind and storm, he was distracted and began to sink.
Be sensitive to the situation around you now, they might be an intimidation from the enemy, that illness might just be an harrasment from same source. Whatever it is that the devil is using to divert your attention, be firm in your faith in Christ Jesus, be fearless! The scripture says your fearlessness will be a clear indication to the enemy of their impending destruction and our confirmed deliverance. Do not give a foothold for the devil, don't get carried away by his noise, be firm in your resolution and faith in Christ Jesus.
REFLECTION: That situation is just a means for your enemy to intimdate you, be firm and don't give in.
PRAYER: Father, destroy every form of harrasment and intimidation from the enemy over my life and family in Jesus Name
