LIVING WITH CHRIST

DAILY DIVINE WORD
2ND JULY 2020

TOPIC: LIVING WITH CHRIST

TEXT: Romans 6:8-9
[8]Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him:
[9]Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him.

Giving our lives to Christ isn't just about sins' forgiveness or healing of sickness. It can't also be limited to receiving power to do same thing that Christ did, loads of people have also seen the act of giving their lives to Christ as a license to only be identified with religion just to have access to religion identification. However, we must actually understand exactly what happened at the point where we received Christ into our lives.

The scripture above has opened up one of the secret inheritance we have in Christ. For we died with him and we of course understand that when Christ died, he was brought back to life and after that, he didn't die again, this has destroyed the dominion of death over him forever. Knowing therefore that we also shared in his death, we ought to believe that we are living with him. Where Christ is presently, that's where we are also. (Ephesians 2:6)

This is the truth; we're seated together with Christ in the heavens, we live with him in dominion, we live with him in righteousness, we live with him in victory, we live with him in holiness. This truth should henceforth abide with us, it should be allowed inside our consciousness from now until we see him in glory; that because we also shared with him in his death, we are also living with him in victory.!!

THINK TANK: If you believe it, you'll confess it.

PRAYER: Father, help me to live the life that worthy of my inheritance in Jesus Name.

CONFESSION: I am where Jesus is, I live with him in total dominion in the heavens.

IT'S ALREADY PREPARED

DAILY DIVINE WORD  (A Sunset Devotional) 26th July, 2025 THEME : It's Prepared Already. SCRIPTURAL REFERENCE : Mark 14: 12-15: 12 - Now on the first day of Unleavened Bread, when they killed the Passover lamb, His disciples said to Him, "Where do You want us to go and prepare, that You may eat the Passover?" 13 - And He sent out two of His disciples and said to them, "Go into the city, and a man will meet you carrying a pitcher of water; follow him. 14 - Wherever he goes in, say to the master of the house, "The Teacher says, "Where is the guest room in which I may eat the Passover with My disciples?"' 15 - Then he will show you a large upper room, furnished and prepared; there make ready for us." If a man knows what has been prepared for him and when exactly it will come to him, maybe we would worry less, maybe we won't even be anxious over anything as the scripture advised us. But, the mystery about life and about walking with...

DAILY DIVINE WORD 5TH MAY 2021

Wednesday, 5th May 2021 TOPIC : ACCESS TO THE HILL TEXT : Ps.24.3-5: 3. Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place? 4. He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully. 5. He shall receive the blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation. RECENTLY there was a post by someone on social media who claimed that at the RCCG Redemption Camp, she left her reading glass on the altar believing God for miracles, and according to her she came back the following day to pick up her glasses and she will never believe anything again. This is a sad reality, that our young minds are looking for God's hands when we should focus on God's face. However, everyone desire to stand at the hills of God, everyone wants to stand at his Holy place because they understand that is where his blessings reside. But the question that has been asked for ages is "Who shall ...

DAILY DIVINE WORD 26TH JANUARY 2021

TOPIC: GUARD YOUR FREEDOM. TEXT:  1Cor.8.9 - But take heed lest by any means this liberty of yours become a stumblingblock to them that are weak. 1Cor.8.10 - For if any man see thee which hast knowledge sit at meat in the idol's temple, shall not the conscience of him which is weak be emboldened to eat those things which are offered to idols; 1Cor.8.11 - And through thy knowledge shall the weak brother perish, for whom Christ died? 1Cor.8.12 - But when ye sin so against the brethren, and wound their weak conscience, ye sin against Christ. 1Cor.8.13 - Wherefore, if meat make my brother to offend, I will eat no flesh while the world standeth, lest I make my brother to offend. TRUTHFULLY  Christ came to deliver freedom to us, Christ's freedom is also freedom indeed because He says "if the son shall set you free, you shall be free indeed." He has given us freedom from traditions, laws, old practices, superstitions, tales, and the likes. So we have liberty in J...
